Nestled on Hampden Road in Nedlands, you’ll find this Hampton style (see what they did there) bar! With fresh, coastal vibes, allow your mind to escape in the middle of suburbia. Offering indoor, outdoor and function spaces, there’s something for all seasons and occasions.
A small, but creative and funky signature cocktail list. The host of some of the best garnishes – meringue, biscuits, dried pineapple and gorgeous florals just to name a few! If the signature list isn’t for you, the list of spritz’s, G&T’s and classics should fill the void. A special mention to the Friday night special ‘Boujee Gin Bowl’, to share between friends! Stand outs were the ‘Strawberry Shortcake’ (just like a strawberry milkshake… only very alcoholic) and the Des Pasito (cause this is how we do it down in Puerto Ri.. uhh Nedlands)!
A very relaxing setting, however it was very quiet when we went on a Saturday afternoon. Background music was very soft and not much foot traffic. Perhaps it may be a little more appealing on a Sunday afternoon, with live music from 2.30pm – 5pm. Unfortunately, they had run out of the meringue, for the ‘Pav a go at this’, the night before, so we still had to pay for our cocktail without the main attraction, which was disappointing. However, the team did take care of us when they realised how devastated we were (never deny a child, I mean adult, of sugar)!
Overall, a pleasant afternoon in the sunshine, with a little room for improvement.
