Fringe World is back!

Fringe World is a massively popular festival held in in Perth that is annually enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of people.

 

The incredible array of entertainment on offer in Fringe World offers something for everyone; from comedy, music and musicals, circus and much more. Fringe World is running from 14 January till 13 February with nearly 500 performances to offer so make sure you check out fringeworld.com.au but here are some of the big events!

In a global landscape of more than 400 Fringe festivals, Fringe World is the third largest Fringe on the planet, and in terms of total box office Western Australia’s largest annual arts event.

Fringe Sunday Funday 16 January

Get ready for one giant, free, family-friendly community event taking over William Street. Free live entertainment, Alfresco dining and 3,000 sqm of pink astro turf is brought to you by FRINGE WORLD’s hero supporter, Lotterywest.

Lifeline Wellbeing Weekend 28-30 January

Fringe World has partnered with Lifeline WA for a second year to present the Lifeline Wellbeing Weekend where they’ll be raising funds and awareness to support people in our community experiencing personal crisis or thinking about suicide.

As part of Wellbeing Weekend:
Lifeline WA will host a special presentation to help artists endure the highs and lows of the busy festival environment.
Donations made alongside ticket purchases during the weekend will go to Lifeline WA
There will be a special fundraiser screening of The Castle at Rooftop Movies on Saturday 29 January where $5 from every ticket sold will be donated directly to Lifeline WA to aid their crisis services.
