The Flour Factory is delighted to present Seafood Saturdays – a showcase of the freshest local seafood Perth has to offer!
Seafood Platters change seasonally, sampling the likes of their iconic gin cured salmon, snapper ceviche or plump szechuan squid, with offerings rotating weekly – accompanied with house-made crispy potatoes/fries and epic slaw/corn from Head Chef Jade Jones.
Seafood Platters are $50 each, suited for either two people chasing an early dinner – or to share between a group of four. Upgrades are also available, including; Seafood Platter & premium vino for $99 or, for a REELy good time, you can enjoy a Seafood Platter & Gin Tree for $140. What a catch!
Seafood Saturdays run 4-7pm weekly, pre-bookings essential.
