An afternoon of creativity, hand building your own vase or mug using beginner-friendly clay hand-sculpting techniques.

Pottery & Prosecco, is a great combo for a summers afternoon. The incredibly talented potters of House of Hobby will spend the afternoon teaching you the art of hand-building clay. Showing you techniques to create your own mug, vase or both!

In this pottery workshop, you’ll get your hands dirty and learn how to sculpt and create a ceramic piece, focusing on building something that is truly one of a kind. Megan will show you the techniques required to get you started, then you can enjoy the next few hours practicing your new skill and sculpting a usable keepsake that’s full of personality.

Clay is a fun hobby, that is perfect for those wanting to try something different.

What this workshop includes:

– All equipment and tools required including clay
– Firing and glazing for 2 pieces
– Instructions & guidance from one of Perth’s best Ceramicists
– Prosecco on arrival and flowing throughout
– Mediterranean mezze board to graze on during the session
– Bottomless loose leaf teas, coffee, and juice

What to bring:

Clay is wonderfully messy! So be sure to wear some old clothes and covered shoes. House of Hobby can provide you with an apron if you need one.
