Get ready for a memorable evening full of different Brazillian music and great vibes.
After the epic launch, Perth’s favourite new band returns to The Badlands Main Room: WTD?! What the Drums Band!! From the new generation of Brazilian Musician in Perth and inspired by Monobloco Band, the band uses the instruments of the Samba: Surdo (bass drum), caixa (snare), repique (high tom), tamborim (small frame drum), agogo (bell), chocalho (shaker) and cuica–in a broader musical universe. Samba is their musical and technical basis, but have also created other arrangements and adaptations to different rhythms.
