A most wonderful dinner: Dormilona Edition

This September Ronnie Nights have opened up for dinner with you and a few of their favourite local wineries.

There will be 5 wineries across 5 Wednesdays with 5 menus consisting of 5 courses matched to 5 wines.

If James Brown was the hardest working man in show business then Dormilona owner, winemaker, spiritual leader and bon vivant, Jo Perry is the hardest working woman in wine. Jo seems to make an ever increasing amount of wine under an ever evolving range of labels. Dormilona is the staple in this house with wide roaming distribution from Margaret River to Brooklyn, NY and everywhere in between. World class wine, beautiful design, simple elegance.

Heading up the kitchen, Carlos Olivari has an unending affection to deliver immaculate dishes, presented with beauty, seasoned with perfection. Carlos will be flexing his creativity to subdue your palate into an array of flavour that will conflict, contrast and ultimately compliment the wines presented. Oysters with Cactus, Tomatillo Hot Sauce and Amphora Chenin Blanc? Textural, spicy, carefully careless.

All dinners will be extremely limited at 20 seats per dinner.
