ANY Dining opens its Doors


ANY- A progressive and topical venue set to introduce Perth to a unique culinary experience

A concept brought to life by Sevens Group, ANY is situated on historic Queen Street and is due to open its heritage doors in mid-January.

The heart of ANY is centred around the Chef’s Table concept, where creations are made, finished, and presented directly to guests in their fully opened galley kitchen. This is closely coupled with an intimate and relaxed dining room comprised solely of banquette seating, which is hidden within the venue. Marrying the two options, is a lounge bar that serves both as a prelude or sequel to the beautiful culinary journey, or simply aids a cosy place to sip on a delightful beverage.

Guests can look forward to menus which are centred around the concept of mixed flavours with ingredients from other cultures. Steering the ship is Josh Gray, no stranger to Perth’s dining scene, having beloved names such as Tiny’s, Print Hall and Rockpool Bar and Grill under his belt. Josh expresses that the culinary journey at ANY is intended to intrigue by presenting guests with an array of ingredients they may not generally come across and providing them with a dynamic dining experience.

With an evolving beverage list that compliments the mixed flavours, Leroy Rawlins is the mastermind behind the ephemeral concoctions with his carefully curated selections. Having worked in London, Dubai, Thailand, and India before his relocation to Perth, he combines attention to detail with a creative flair and extensive knowledge of cocktails and spirits. Originally from the UK, Leroy has been calling Perth home since 2014, crafting magic in venues such as Rockpool Bar and Grill and Sushia Izakaya.
