Whether you like it sweet, spicy, or can’t go past the O.G, The Leedy have cooked up some seriously fire combinations that’ll have you’re tastebuds craving more. Thankfully, the expert team have put together two types of experiences so you’ll get a chance to try them all.
Dreaming of an endless afternoon, grazing on a delicious set menu while you enjoy specialty margaritas and free-flowing cervezas and prosecco rosé? Margaritaville Eterno was made for you! The team at Servo will be servo-ing up 3 courses of deliciousness, alongside the famous margs, for you and your fav friends to enjoy between 3pm – 5pm.
Prefer to plan your own adventure? Sip and snack your way through the Leederville Precinct as you make your way through five cocktails from four venues, along with your choice of main from the Servo kitchen. Savour the experience and make your way through the venue at your own pace between 4pm – 7pm.

Sip Sip Sessions / Margarita Edition @ Market Grounds
Now, this may not be strictly for International Margarita Day but it’s still an epic way to celebrate. The team at Market Grounds have put a tequila twist on their Sip Sip Sessions for the month of Jan and Feb. Enjoy a classic marg alongside a selection of fruit infused variations including Watermelon Margs, Pineapple Palomas and, Blood Orang Margs. Pair this with a three course shared feast and you’ve got yourself the perfect Saturday arvo.
The Big Margarita Hangover @ Cabalitos
You may need a siesta after this fiesta because Cabalitos is throwing a Big Margarita Hangover between Thursday 23rd Feb – Saturday 25th Feb. Try A Chicken Crimpy Inspired Margarita @ Bark
Again, this is another one that isn’t technically an International Margarita Day special but there’s no better time to try it. The team at Bark have incorporated an infamous Aussie snack into their margarita recipe and we can’t decide if it’s crazy or genius. Espolon tequila, lime, agave and the perfectly salty, chicken-y rim. If you’re looking for a way to level up your celebration, we suggest putting Bark at the top of your list.
