WA welcomes The Pinnacles

Melbourne Cup may be done and dusted for another year but the festivities don’t stop there. It’s time to gear up for the greatest racing event Western Australia has ever seen.

Introducing The Pinnacles – WA’s newest racing series taking over Ascot Racecourse across five spectacular Saturdays. With more than $10.5 million in prize money on offer, this is set to be the biggest racing event in the global calendar at this time.

Whether you’re a die hard punter or enjoy the fun and frivolity of it all, The Pinnacles racing series includes a spectacular race day Saturday to suit everyone:

• Day 1 – Euroz Hartleys Champion Fillies’ Day – Saturday 12 November

It will be ladies’ day at Ascot Racecourse, so gather your girlfriends and dress your best for what’s set to be a fabulous day of racing and entertainment.

• Day 2 – Furphy Railway Stakes Day – Saturday 19 November

Featuring one of the most historic and prestigious races in WA, this day is perfect for racing enthusiasts. Stay for the band after the last race!

• Day 3 – Crown Perth Winterbottom Stakes Day – Saturday 26 November

As the Winterbottom Stakes was first run in 1952, we will be celebrating everything 1950s. Dress in your finest fifties look, channelling Grace Kelly or James Dean.

• Day 4 – Drummond Golf Northerly Stakes Day – Saturday 3 December

Gentlemen, this is your day, so gather your mates and get suited up for an epic day out at the races.

• Day 5 – TABtouch Gold Rush Day – Saturday 10 December

Day 5 will be all about glitz and glamour as we go out with a bang. Dress in an outfit that shimmers and sparkles and enjoy the band after the last race.
