From the team behind the sold-out bottomless gnocchi clubs & fried chicken supper club – you can expect an endless 2hr feast of juicy, pillow-soft bao buns served with crunchy Asian salad and crispy 5 spice fries for just $35pp.
Bao lovers can enjoy four delicious varieties bursting with flavour, including your choice of:
- Sticky pork belly bao, chilli, peanut, coriander, spring onion
- Sweet and spicy Korean fried chicken bao, red onion, coriander, cucumber, sesame, shallot
- Tofu karaage bao, pickles, slaw, sriracha mayo
- WA rock lobster bao, miso, watercress, yuzu mayo, tobiko
Plus, if you’re after a hump day treat, the legends behind the bar have put together an Asian inspired cocktail selection to match. With refreshing boozy creations like the szechuan rose spritz or the tequila infused crouching tiger with chilli and cucumber.
Running every Wednesday this Feb from 5pm onwards, it’s the perfect way to curb all your cravings with a little salt, sweet and spice.
