A William Street icon plays host to our second long lunch as digs heads to Shadow Wine Bar & Dining Room, Northbridge.
A unique share style digs lunch and dessert designed by head chef Anthony Yuill. Anthony develops a menu around seasonal produce, sourcing locally through independent growers ensuring his dishes contain only the highest quality ingredients. With an emphasis on European dining, you’ll find influence from Italian and French cuisine in Anthony’s cooking style, complimented by Australia’s diverse flavour profiles.
Shadow bridges the gap between fondly remembered European restaurants long gone and a new wave of creativity. From an Aperitivo in the afternoon to something a little more serious after dark, Shadow is the perfect place to escape the bustle of the street and relax into classic European dining.
Tickets are $85 per person and includes a drink on arrival, after that head to the bar to enjoy local, national and international wines, spirits and beers. Tickets are sold in tables of 4 to 8.
